our history

In 1992 Bruce Fonarow started two mortgage companies: one is All California Mortgage, a very successful conventional mortgage brokerage with offices throughout northern California, and the other is ACM Investor Services, a private money lender which shares a corporate office with All California in downtown San Rafael.

When he started these companies Bruce already had over 15 years of experience in mortgage lending. His knowledge and background provided a foundation for both companies to become recognized leaders. There was also a nice synergy between these two sister companies which helped them both grow and prosper over the last thirty years.
