Our goal at ACM is to make loans that solve problems for our borrowers, not create them. We make sure that our borrowers have an exit strategy, and we are careful to see it executed. Our investors know that our loans are carefully vetted, secured by real estate at a low-loan-to-value, and that the borrowers have a realistic plan for repayment. We use a custom rating system called the ACM Index, which grades each scenario and gives our investors insights into the strengths of each trust deed opportunity.
Our tag line, "Partners in Trust Deeds Since 1992," reflects our experience and our commitment to open communication and transparency with our borrowers, our investors, and our referral partners.

Kathie manages loan servicing and compliance and has been with ACM since 1998. Her keen eye and acute understanding of applicable laws and compliance requirements make her an invaluable asset to the team.
